Project History
This award to Avail was a multi-phase implementation of Scheduling, Dispatching, and AVL products. The first phase of Muskegon’s long-range implementation was to install a state-of-the-art scheduling system to support their ever-growing demand response transportation requirements. This system will also integrate with future AVL and Automated Dispatching enhancements.
